What it sounds like, and who it's for
Outrun synthwave for people who ship code — analog-era synth leads, sidechained bass, late-night-drive tempo. It works as background for coding streams, dev vlogs, timelapses, game footage and long-form video, because there are no vocals to talk over.
It is also a real game soundtrack: Contribution Run scores an arcade game where a developer's commit history becomes the racetrack. The titles come from a working day at the terminal.
Why it's free
I would rather it was used than unused. The music is AI-generated, produced with Mureka, and I say so plainly rather than burying it — you would rather know, and I would rather say. Owned outright by one person, so there is one person to ask and no committee.
